Bybreen Samuels is the owner and founder of The Smart Years. She has worked within the charity and public sectors over the last twelve years. Initially, as an employee and latterly, as a trainer and consultant.

Her areas of expertise include; strategic thinking, project management, fundraising, capacity building, personal coaching and group dynamics.

She has extensive experience of working with organisations and communities that reflect the diverse age racial and cultural spectrum, in Britain.

Bybreen has an L.L.B. Honours Degree in Law and a MSC in the Psychodynamics of Human Development.
